How to ride a horse on your shaadi

There are lots of ways one can manage to sit on a horse, although it might seem to be the most simplest of things. Afterall it’s just a horse na. You just put one foot on one side, swipe the other on the other end and voila you are on the horse.

With a sehra on your head and horse underneath, like the maharaja on the ride to his palace to pick up his bride. But things don’t always go so smooth.. as sometimes destiny has something else in mind..

Just like what we see below:-

Hehe yah I know it’s funny in a way, but what about you? Do you remember any funny shaadi ke incidents? Like the dulha crying more than the bride… the horse running off without the dulha, and so on.. come on let’s share :)

Awww poor guy!!!! Generally they after marriage its like falling in a pit but yahan shaadi se pehle hi downfall :P hehe .

Well I remember a funny incident at my wedding. We have our elders coming to bless us on the mandap and they have to have their shoes off. As a bride I had my head bent down and saw this old uncle come up and as I bent to take his blessings he had socks of different colours an his big toe was sticking out of one…. I had trouble controlling my laughter and kept giggling through a solemn ceremony. :P
Apart from that I had to constantly be reminded that I had to sit still and act coy as I was the bride as I would jump up and join in all the fun part of the wedding :P

hehe, that video is halirious and there are just many funny incidents that have happened at the weddings in our family.

But the one that takes the cake has to be on my sisters’ wedding, a cousin of my mom who is quiet overweight, she came on the stage, sat on the chair which she hadn’t realized was about to fall off the stage anyways, she sat and THUD! She and the chair went right down the stage! of course the first people to start laughing was my brother-in-law and my sister and then followed everyone going around the poor aunty to make sure she was okie, except, no one could control their laughter. till this day, we keep reminding her of what had happened. infact, its on the shaadi video so everytime we watch it, thats the classic scene!

I remember when we all were heavily drunk in one of our weiredest friend’s marriage. Than we did NAGIN dance (Nagin dance is an special kind of dance where one person play BEEN and rest of ‘em dance like NAGIN) for more than 1 hour and when everybody get irritated we danced with burning ANAAR in our hands.

And finally we reached at the dead end of the street which was brides house. One guy sprinkled about 1 cup of WINE on the back of an street dog. That was the show, the dog started barking and running from one end to another end and it was stamped there in the street, everybody was shouting and running here and there meanwhile one of my friend he burnt the horse with cigarette in his hands. That was the final show Horse suddenly jumped and ran away with full force with my friend on his back.

Horse has taken him to the deadend of the street and hit him, he got fracture in his right hand went to hospital and got bandage on his hands after 1 day they put plaster and thats how he managed his shaadi to be completed with his nice friends.

But just think, he was able to marry the girl with all interruption and having nice friend like us. :)
