Pumping up your mailing list

I often get emails from people asking how I manage to get such big mailing lists packed up in no time. Well there are various ways to move ahead into eMail Marketing. You just can NOT market anything via emails if you don’t have a list, that’s for sure.  But how to go about doing so?

I assume that you do have a website or a blog. And obviously a good product that you want to give away for FREE in order to get someone on your list.

How do I do it?

I am quite straight forward as to how I get email addresses off surfers. When they join one of my sites, they need to enter their name and email. Which automatically is set up into my mailing list software which sends them an auto message adding their name on top, so if they entered Wakas as a name they would get a mail where it says,

Hi Wakas,

I can easily then import their name into all the sentences I have in the mail so it becomes very personalized.

There are lots of programs that offer you mailing list and newsletter systems, the one I use right now is getresponse and I am very happy with it. They just recently revamped their system so let’s see when it’s up and running as It was, but I have had no issues what so ever!
