I have tried a lot of 3D software in the past few years. But somehow the software which I always end up “re-using” again and again is Cinema4D. Amazingly it’s probably the easiest to use software in my opinion. Other’s views might be different. But I myself started using Cinema4D without any training at all, the only thing I used to watch was tutorials on the net and got a few DVDs to make some example 3D models.

The way Cinema4D works is that you just create a few shapes and then adjust them according to how you want them to be shown in the work environment. And ofcourse the thing that you have a bit of design sense and like to explore your mind to the extreme does help.

If I could advice anyone who is NOT going to get into 3D professionally then start with Cinema4D, but when that’s said, there are lots of movies that have been created with affects done within Cinema4D. Most of the major films you see are either done in Maya.

The past few days I have been working on creating one or two 3d Models every day. I haven’t used 3D at work at all but for hobby stuff just for fun I tested out Cinema 4d 4 years back. And four days ago I started using it again. Forgot everything as to how to do things in it as I haven’t studied that in college or any course. So let’s see when I will master it.

Below is what I did after few hours of playing with it:-

Well lots of things have been happening lately. We had a major server move from US to UK for CrazeFM.com . And more listeners are popping into enjoy it plus the media stream is increased in quality so radio sounds lot better and so on.

In that time other things that have kept me busy apart from praying for a friend are things like polishing some 3D skills. Especially the software Zbrush. If any of you haven’t seen what you can do with Zbrush check out this link

How many of you take time out to polish your skills in anything that you work with.I mean do you just say, Ok I know A B and C .. and I am living my life properly, why do I need to learn D E F… or are you one of those who keeps on learning .. Do share :)
