But somehow the software which I always end up “re-using” again and again is Cinema4D. Amazingly it’s probably the easiest to use software in my opinion. Other’s views might be different. But I myself started using Cinema4D without any training at all, the only thing I used to watch was tutorials on the net and got a few DVDs to make some example 3D models.

The way Cinema4D works is that you just create a few shapes and then adjust them according to how you want them to be shown in the work environment. And ofcourse the thing that you have a bit of design sense and like to explore your mind to the extreme does help.

If I could advice anyone who is NOT going to get into 3D professionally then start with Cinema4D, but when that’s said, there are lots of movies that have been created with affects done within Cinema4D. Most of the major films you see are either done in Maya.
